xRM4Sports provides a consistent Microsoft Outlook based system for storing, accessing and sharing fan, member, sponsor and squad/team information. A major benefit is improved integrity of information across the sports club with the capacity to obtain a profile of any company, organisation or individual. 

This profile typically will vary depending on category but for athletes and players all important information such as: Training, Nutrition, Medical, Biomechanics, Physiotherapy, Squads/Teams, Competitions and Results.

Microsoft Outlook, Web and Mobile support means easier access to information (with minimal mouse clicks) - on the road, working remotely or in the office.

A Shared Centralised System

A centralised database system delivers one “source of truth” – replacing and consolidating existing databases – marketing, sponsorship, fans/members, athletes/players, coaches, competitions etc. Lookups of company organisations, fans, members, sponsors, athletes/players delivers greater understanding of history, performance and known relationships leveraging the information in the central system. 

Built-in relationship intelligence (connections) paints a comprehensive picture of the relationship network between athletes/players and squads/teams. Better reporting tools ensures easier analysis and feedback of information through personalised reports, charts, dashboards and scorecards. 

A shared system for quick and easy data entry and storing of contact information provides marketing, administration and coaching staff with improved access to contact and activity information.


New SMB customers can purchase Dynamics 365 for Sales, Enterprise edition at $51, or Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service, Enterprise edition at $83 for a limited time. 

After Dynamics 365 launched in November 2016, new customers were no longer be able to purchase any Dynamics CRM Online Professional offers (including the “Sales Productivity” Add-On SKUs). 

This means that from November until the launch of Dynamics 365 Business edition, new SMB customers that require CRM solutions will need to purchase Dynamics 365 Enterprise edition applications.
